4) EUR/USD rate in their Binary Option vs EUR/USD rate in 60 Seconds option are huge gaps. I tried it two almost identical PC and internet speed.

5) Most important thing…they are blocking by Kaspersky 2018 saying “the site cannot be provided, Reason: Phishing URL”

I traded with traderush for several months and had no problem with them until I wanted to withdraw some funds. They wanted me to fax them 3 documents before they would do so one of which was a copy of my drivers license in full color. Fearful that this was a scam outfit I refused to dend them anything. Finally they relented and wired the money to my bank and closed my account.

If you like to buy options do not use this “broker” they throttle the feed and supply you with different “wins” and “loses” based on the expiry time and the amount invested. Even more of a scam is their 60 option, which massively throttles the feed in a direction that gives them a favorable outcome.

he explains that this is a good time to invest with them since its the holidays and companies are all trying to do the same thing (whatever that is), which i thought was odd because this is forex, not the stock exchange.

I probably would have invested with them had they not called me.

I have been using TR for a few months and I am in the process of withdrawing my balance and depositing with iOption or 24 option. Although the 60 second options platform offers many forex commodity and stock options, and flexibility, I have encountered many technical problems and found their customer service and support service to be lacking any real desire to improve the instability of the system. The system freezes multiple times per session, and as we know, this will cost you money. Stay away guys.

I used Traderush and GOptions lately. They are both very good I admit. I prefer GOptions because they give support no matter how big your account. I like TR as well cause the site is nice. But if you need support, go with GOptions IMO.

Also, not being able to withdraw the profit back on your card is a drawback, given that only the first wire transfer(the only other way to withdraw your profits) of the month is free, every subsequent is charged 30 USD(or whatever base currency you have)!! Well, well, all in all, traderush is a good site, I am saying this maybe cause this is the only one I’ve tried, oh and be careful of the 60 seconds option, 60 seconds is VOLATILE, its pretty hard to predict for such a short period, so don’t get fooled by those videos. BTW, I am 500$ back up from my total deposit, 2K to go, wish me luck and happy trading to all reading this, hope you expire in the money all the time, Cheers:-)

One person from Trade Rush said there was a demo account then everyone else I dealt with said there was none available, I was not offered a demo account.

Hi, there is anybody joint platinum member? Did they deliver what they promises?

I started trading using the 60 second trade option and also higher time frames, Trade Rush claim to have no spreads, however a spread of approx 10 pips kept appearing on my trades.

On a 60 second trade this ensures a loss! Not only do I need the market to move in the way I intended but I also need it to cover the 10 pip difference that continues to appear.

After asking Trade Rush what this was all about they tried to say it was my computer’s performance, my computer is running excellently but none the less I listened to them and did everything I could to improve the computer….still the “spreads” appear.

I guess the worst part is would be when it came to depositing funds I heard from Trade Rush via phone calls and emails 2-3 times a day, now that they know there is a problem I haven’t been able to get in touch with almost a week!

I believe this company is a scam, and would urge people to really do some research on the company and read reviews before depositing your funds with anyone.

There is no demo account for you to discover these problems without risking your own funds.

People wanting to open an account and trading through any broker first of all should read their Terms and Conditions, as well as FAQ, there you will find that you must send ID and address proof in order to withdraw funds, all of this is clear inthere.

traderush will give a lot of excuses when you cant withdraw your money. traderush told theyve wired my money to my bank. and when i went to my bank the manager said no wire transfer had been done. the confirmation receipt that traderush gives you that suppose to assure that they wired the money is Fake!! this platform is a scam! what a waste of time!

TradeRush is a scam but they are also a theft, because:

They were not happy for me deposit minimum fund into the account. Then by inducement, they also promised me the investment the bonus after me opening my account and, requested me to put the money first, in saying once I did that they would put the bonus into my trade account. But then they started made the bullshit excuses to avoid honouring the bonus to me.

Then the worst part was that they not only did not honour the promised bonus after I deposit the money first, they also stole extra A$3000 from my Credit Card without my authorization. Later they also stole further about $3000 from my trade account further when I on the wining trend by making about $3000 of my account balance disappeared without any reasons and any trade.

Then, they hijacked me to use my another credit card for the bonus that they dishonoured. They also promised the same day withdraw, but when I was chasing them for honouring the agreed the bonus that I earned much more than $10,000 from 5% of turnover trade volume, and for withdraw to pay back my credit card, they deliberately started avoiding me, and even disconnected the customer support phone line.

They further also interfered the expire rate to apply the spread rate to make you lose by cheating when I trade big refused to refund what they stole from credit card. They are also to make the tricks to cheat you to prevent me examining my transaction histories.

My prerequisite condition to fund the trade account is the promised bonus but they scammed me, and stole the money from for total A$13,500. They lied all the time to trick you ruthlessly.

Now, none of their promises have been honoured with the following issues.

Same day withdraw as they make bullshit excuse to avoid me withdraw. Bonus issue as they made despicable and unlawful excuses. Safety and the security on the account and the platform as they stole money from my credit card and trade account. They applied the spreads to interfere the expire rate to make me lose. They also prevent me to watch and to examine and to check my transaction history on any randomly selected computer when they stole the money from me.

Now through the bank I am still chasing my money that they stole from me. Such despicable company shall never be trusted.

I am going to put them on to the rip off list to prevent any further victims falling in to their scamming trap.

Withdrawal limit review is outdated. You can withdraw your money to your bank acct. It is just that they charge you a wire fee. Limit applies to CC deposits only. Rest has to be wired. Seems like platform issue is the bigger worry not minimum withdrawal issue!

i opened an account with them, they promised me a $50 bonus and same for referring a friend. i did allof that but was told i wont have the bonuses until i pay $200. was told will be making atleast $100 daily with. but i am sceptic because i should have my bonuses shown even if i am not permitted to use them until i pay $200. but i thought it is legit and so why am i asked to pay before anything is possible? i wouldnt wana make billions from it just the $100 daily is okay for me. and please how about the withdrawal can anyone help me throw more lights? please get in touch so i should know whether i pay the $200 or not. شكرا.

I read the reviews by people who called Trade Rush a scam and I just concluded they were inexperienced traders. I moved to binary options after being forex since 2008, but today I personally witnessed the peculiar spread and currency movement on the Trade Rush platform that are inconsistent with my experience in the market, There is also a currency movement discrepancy between the 60 minutes and binary options and if you view them both simultaneously you will see the glaring difference in price. لقد صدمت. My lost was very minimal as I know how to pull out, but I wanted to write this review and encourage people to stay away from Trade Rush. Please do not trust Traderush firsrly they will ask to you deposit the cash $500 then they will show how you are going to win $500 to 1K and they will ask you more to deposit 1.5k you will run after money then next day they will send you email you will get bonus on deposit 100% so again you will deposit but dont go for it thats a trap you have to to do trade by x30 whatever you do deposit then after this they will give wrong and fake tips or signal then you will start lossing all money at the end of the day you balance will be $10 then you will quit so better not to go in trap as i had been in to this just to reminder!

I didn’t get the bonus. I emailed several times the account manager. He never replied. I asked from chat. They passed request for the same manager. I asked via web-site and no answer.

I’ve just open real acct in TradeRush since last June 2018. And last night (July 23, 2018) I can’t access the TradeRush website, till now. It’s already 10 hours no access to their website.

Recently I ask for a demo account from a senior customer manager named Cliff Paul from TradeRush. He urged me that only if I top-up my deposit to least $1000, then they can give me a demo account and many broker trading signals.

I’m afraid they have start their ‘move’ into blatantly scamming investors.

The problem is, look at any Forex or Options Trading scam site and you will see every single affiliate that writes about it (they are all affiliates folks) they all call it an investment and it is. It’s gambling on the outcome of the REAL Securities market. Yes you CAN make money, or lose it, but NEVER do this anyone that calls it investments when that is NOT what it is. I have been trading spot forex for 8 years and binary options for 2 years and what I have found that binary option is completely scam investment product. I agree with most of the users here where binary option brokers are manipulating the price when you are placing larger investment. I have traded with Optionbit, 24option, trade rush, ioption, bbinary and have lost lots of money due to price manipulation. You can survive in spot forex but in binary options forget it if you can make a dime and can withdraw it. Only good regulated broker I came across is igmarkets and nadex, Rest is all scam. Be careful and good luck.

I like Traderush – to a point. My account has been going up and down for the short time I have been with it. When I thought I was just about out I put a big trade (the last of my capital) and won. I also got a few more bigger trades that day. You only have to invest $500 and you can have a trader call and give you a lesson.

The downsides are: when the brokers call (can be anytime – day or night) they can be pushy and tell you you MUST deposit X amount of money to “take advantage of the next big thing”. You just have to keep telling them NO.

I was having problems with an “autobot” and wanted to withdraw my money. I was contacted withing half an hour supposedly wanting to help me. It also was going to take 4-5 business days to withdraw my money and meanwhile the “autobot” was still able to make losing trades. When I changed my mind and decided to cancel the withdrawal it was cancelled within 2 minutes.

Lastly: I have had problems with the expiry time on the 60 second trades. I had a bigger trade that was in the money for most of the time. When the time ran out I was in the money but it just kept saying “expiring for 20 seconds until it was out of the money then it expired and I lost.

All I can say is be prepared. Reading this post has opened my eyes a bit – low returns and low withdrawal – not good.

I deposited $1000 with trade rush and my account is now at $1200. I have requested my original deposit back only but the ignore me and will not refund it. I would advise anyone to stay well clear. Who can I go to to recover my deposit?

I have not yet experienced any of the abovementioned problems at all. Receiving good advice and customer care so far. I have also made some good profit. Will monitor and report if any problems occur.

Hi please dont choose traderush, they are really scammers, i have got a call from sean taylor (account manager) and forced me to deposit , i made 200 gbp deposit and started trading and i made 200 to 700 gbp in two days, then in the third day i came to know that i came to know that i was unable to login in my account, when i am trying to login , it is stating that the email doesn’t exists, i tried contacting sean taylor, but the idiot didnt give me any response, i have sent so many mails to sean taylor, customer support and accounting department, i contacted live chat, they told that they will refund my deposit, but cant give me my profits and they finished live chat, i contacted accounting department regard this issue by sending atleast more than hundred mails, suddenly i got a mail from accounting department stating as follows.

I am afraid that your account was a high risk account for our company, and we had to proceed with the closure of it. We will no be sending back your profits, however, we will be issuing a refund for all your deposit.

this is the mail i got from accounting department, dont deposit in traderush, if you deposit they will check for two days, if you are in profit they will do the same with u. so becarefull while choosing traderush and dont trust that bastard sean taylor.

After more than a month I did not logged in into TradeRush and let alone making any trade, I lost nearly all my deposits. When I tracked my Investment History, I can see that a trade were made without my knowledge.

I want to make a complaint about this.

I think I must frustrate Trade Rush as much as they frustrate me. Before anyone considers trading with Trade Rush, they must read carefully the small print terms and conditions, especially with regard to bonuses. Bonuses are used to “Tie-in” your capital for the long term. Chances are that you will have blown your account before to could achieve the trade volume required to secure your bonus (bearing in mind that you cannot make a withdrawal in the meantime). Being as I have not blown my account and evidently getting close to the requisite volume turnover, the tone of the calls coming in from Trade Rush sales staff is getting to the point of abuse, born of frustration. Take another bonus you see, and you’re back to square one, and tied in yet again. So now we get all the platform anomalies to handicap trader performance (and they hope blow your account). They blame your computer (tried four different ones, all high performance machines with 4 different OS etc but it’s the account that’s being manipulated)So I figure out ways to sidestep their sabotage efforts and the mutual frustration grows to fever pitch. If you want to trade with Trade Rush and you’re good. be prepared for a fight.

So reading the previous comments, I write to voice my concerns over a recent offer from an ‘educational forex e-letter’ to join ‘profitin60seconds’ & # 8211؛ 30days free subscription to their 60 second binary dashboard system, promising to turn $200 into $2400 in one month. You would then have enough to afford the $997 required to buy their platform outright after the 30 days had passed! Alarm bells ring when you understand one of the two binary brokers you have to sign up with, and fund is Traderush. So after your outstanding winnings, you don’t hesitate to spend the £997 and purchase the platform? I wonder how your Traderush account would perform after then?! Manipulation in more ways than one people? Affiliates working closely hand in hand?! NOT my actual experience I have to add, but probably about the ‘safest’ and ‘risk free’ bet you will ever place….

I would suggest that no one uses this site. There is some server lag that ruins trading. I was attempting to use their 60 second trade platform. Doing 60 second trades is quite volatile, and to ensure that you (the trader) does not succeed they have a 3 second delay in accepting your trade. Also when the confirmation window popped up there were times that it claimed my buy in price to be different than what they were displaying. Each time I tried to talk to a rep in their live chat, the chat window stopped working or the person would just stop responding. After calling their help desk they gave me the run around with false information about how java works and the browser that I use (the technical support guy new less than I did about how computers work) I started getting calls every hour or so with a rep trying to convince me to give them more money. Either this website is extremely poorly constructed and their employees have little to no training, or the entire thing is a scam attempting to take peoples money in the most legitimate way.

I gave them all of the doc(s) to verify my account. Once they approved, I added 200 to my balance and began trading. Withdrew my initial deposit 3 weeks later. Later when I was over 2000 there platform would begin to act screwy. As in blocking trades, entering my trades late and even continuing to log me out 2-3 minutes after logging in. Since then I have lost that balance. I personally wouldnt use them again. Traders need a platform that have no glithes and is not doing downtime maintanence too often.

Traderush offer a 24hr Demo account with £50000 deposited, first you must open a real account, DO NOT DEPOSIT REAL MONEY, Once account open click online support and ask to try demo account using Promo code BINARY101, they will ask for account number from one you just opened, then they will call you on the phone to verify you are you, after 2 mins or so your demo account will be setup, the online assistant will give you the login detail, I have not traded with real money yet with anybody, I am new to this and learning as I go, this was a good practise for those like me, BUT I have to say, I experienced pauses, lag and logouts of account as mentioned by KevinT in his mail, I will not be trading with them because of this and will close my active account, I hope this helps anybody thinking of trading. حظا طيبا وفقك الله.

After constant freezing of the site, error messages and Option not available messages I was up over 1000 and then lost everything in a day. Complete scam sight.

It is quite understandable for skilled traders to feel frustrated and cheated when applying their skills to predicting imminent price direction through binary options platforms such as provided by TradeRush. Unfortunately, 90% of the complaints I’ve read on review sites about TradeRush have proven to be substantiated by my own experience and evidently many others.

However, in all fairness to TradeRush, I suspect that skilled traders are not their intended demographic. I suggest that their target clientele are typically on-line casino patrons and compulsive gamblers (which include a high percentage of retail forex traders if we’re honest). For them, manipulation, dirty tricks and questionable wins / losses are all a part of the course. You will be allowed to play and bet just as long as the house, broker, bookie etc. feels that you have not gained an edge or present them with risk of serious financial loss.

Experienced traders are likely to have much higher expectations of professionalism, and likely to feel aggrieved by such dishonourable practices.

As a seasoned and profitable commodities trader, the attraction to binary options trading is quite obvious for me, especially when the market is relatively flat. Even a small directional movement can pay between 65-80%. In comparison to commodities trading, I would need a massive trading account to achieve the same level of returns over the same interval. إلا إذا كانت بسيطة.

Using TradeRush as my test broker and platform, I have conducted various experiments over a considerable time period to ascertain the authenticity of this type of trading for profitability. This has included simultaneously monitoring live market prices / quotes courtesy of Bloomberg and Reuters and comparing them to screen price quotes given by TradeRush. Without any question, the prices quoted by TradeRush often vary considerably from the actual market price, and noticeably biased in favour of the imminent market direction. In effect, they are front running the price so that you are always likely to be buying higher than the market, or selling lower than the market. Either way, you are already behind the eight-ball.

That in itself would still not prevent a skilled trader being profitable (although it is a handicap) but that is only the beginning:

Now, before I continue, I must stress that I have no axe to grind here and can confirm that my time trading with TradeRush has been profitable. However, in truth, it would have been so much more profitable had it been a level playing field and not some behind the scenes dual of cloak and dagger tactics in order to outwit each other.

TradeRush staff have admitted to me that “undesirable” traders are individually targeted and can be handicapped with various levels of data throttling, or even blocked from logging in altogether. Excuses are given such as browser configuration, anti-virus conflicts, DNS flushing etc. etc. but they are just smokescreen scripts quoted by support staff to offset the admission of the truth. Believe me, the tests I conducted allowed for every anomaly, configuration, OS etc. and every possibility that things were somehow being adversely affected by PC set-up.

The biggest shock for me came when I screened two separate accounts (one was a willing friend’s account) and compared the price quotes of the two. Amazingly, they were both being quoted different prices for the same instruments simultaneously. Evidently, individual accounts can be handicapped very specifically and selectively. Presumably, these are the accounts of “undesirable” traders.

Add to this fills being way off screen quotes and expiry prices being way off market price and you can see that the trader is really up against it.

So to conclude: if you’re into casino gambling and except all the shady practises that come with it, or that you just want some entertainment and that you can happily fund your account to pay for such, then go ahead and enjoy, as it can be fun. However, if you’re a serious trader expecting your profits to reflect your market prediction skills, best think again. The skills you need to profit from TradeRush go far beyond trading skills. Consequently, it is impossible to take them seriously.

It’s a great pity the likes of TradeRush feel so compelled to constrain their users to such a ridiculously unfair disadvantage, as a credible and honest binary options broker would be a fantastic alternative to regular trading. Has anyone got any genuine recommendations from personal experience?

I have tried to withdraw my funds from TradeRush. Unfortunately I accepted a bonus 18 month ago.

I have not met the demands to trade the amount for the 40 times (or what it was).

I asked them to take the bonus back and let me withdraw the rest, but they refuse.

Any idea how to do here, is there any way to get my money out?

I wouldn’t waste your money with this company, I was talked into making a long term investment by one of there brokers Jacob stern, and he lost all my investment I wished I’d followed my instincts but learnt the hard way .. stay away trust me plus there a blacklisted company. .

Trade Rush, now called TR Binary is a scam. Do not get sucked in by it.

First I deposited $250USD, because i read all the good “fake” reviews about them being trustworthy. The “broker” who contacted me said this is all i needed to do and that an adviser will contact me after. Not so, once I made the deposit, i saw the money in my account but did not hear from them. I then contacted support and got a call from another “broker” saying i had to deposit a minimum of $5000USD if i needed a personal broker. I said no thanks and was told i would have to trade on my own, but was referred to their resources on education for traders.

I immediately realized that this kind of investment was not for me and so I contacted them for a withdrawal and to close my account. First there was the verification process, this was a big hurdle because i had used a prepaid visa card for my payment. (in my opinion it was a part of their stalling process). Anyway, i sent all the documents they required of me in less than one week. They said they were processing a wire transfer to my bank. About 3 weeks later when i contacted them again, they said there was technical problems. I became persisted but keep getting encouraging emails from them. About another 2 weeks later i got the big email , my request for withdrawal was denied. This is the email i got:

We’re sorry, but your CCPayout payout request of $ 250.00 CAD for Account ID 503571 has been declined.

We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions.

“Contact them they say!” My account balance is suddenly down to zero and i customer support is no longer available to me.

The Canadian Securities Commissions (SEC) has issued warnings against TRBinay, they are a fraud and are not registered to to trading in Canada though they used the the name in their advertisement.

I advise any one who still wants to invest to contact SEC first.
